Semen Cor Tahan Api (Castable), memiliki fungsi yang sama dengan Bata Tahan Api yaitu mampu menyimpan panas dari ruang bakar di waktu yang lama, serta manahannya agar tidak keluar dari ruang bakar tersebut.

Kami memproduksi berbagai macam jenis semen cor Castable sesuai dengan fungsinya masing – masing, diantaranya :
- Castable Konvensional
Castable Konvensional ini umumnya digunakan sebagai material cor di ruang bakar untuk bagian dinding (Baca: Bata Tahan Api ), pelindung pipa, atap, dsb. Castable ini hanya dapat diaplikasikan dengan cara casting (Cor), sehingga untuk perbaikkan castable lama harus dilakukan pembongkaran dulu.
Untuk pemasangan seringkali membutuhkan anchor dan bekisting (formwork).
Packing : 25 Kg/ Bag, Material pencampur: Air Standard PAM yang bersuhu kurang lebih 20ºC.
Untuk Spesifikasi tiap castable konvensional, ada di tabel berikut. Ex: TNC-12 sampai TNC-17.
2. Castable High Strength
Secara umum fungsi castable high strength tidak jauh berbeda dengan castable konvensional, hanya saja pengaplikasian castable jenis ini dipasang di bagian ruang bakar yang sering terkena benturan seperti bagian lantai ruang bakar, frame pintu, daun pintu, dll.
Karena tekstur castable jenis ini lumer setelah mixingnya, maka ketika pemasangan diperlukan bekisting / formwork yang kuat agar material tidak keluar. Packing: 25 Kg/ Bag.
3. Castable Low Cement
Merupakan jenis castable yang tahan terhadap kikisan material (Abrassive Resistance). EX: Castable TNC-150 LC, 160 LC, 170 LC, 180 LC.
Sedangkan castable yang berbahan baku Silikon Carbide adalah Technocast Castable TNC-80 SIC. Dan untukn peleburan Aluminium adalah Castable TNC-1700AL.

4. Gunning Castable
Castable khusus untuk repair kerusakan dari castable yang lama tanpa perlu membongkarnya. Dengan cara dibersihkan dahulu permukaan cor yang akan direpair, bisa tanpa menggunakan bekisting namun tetap menggunakan anchor besi. Material ini bertipe: GNC-40T, GNC-60T, GNC-70T. Dengan metode gunning / trowelling. Packing: 25 Kg/ Bag.
